📦 Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted

📦Return Eligibility

Products must be returned in the following conditions:​

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Product must be in resalable condition

  • All original seals, labels, and packaging must be intact

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items with broken seals or tampered packaging

  • Personal care items once delivered

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items

📸Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will resolve the issue by offering:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or a full refund (if applicable)​

🚚Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
